The Lord has called, chosen, and poured out His Spirit upon Pastor Baldwin to teach and preach His word for revival and lead His people in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has also appointed her a watchman on the wall (Ezekiel 33:7), and has anointed her with prophetic insight and spiritual discernment during this Church hour. Pastor Baldwin is humbled to faithfully serve to help transform the hearts of God's people with love, but not itch their ears.
Elder Charlie BaldwinRuling/Teacher Elder
cb@riversministries.org The Lord has blessed Elder Baldwin with the gifts of exhortation, teaching, and administration that are so vital for the effectiveness of any church ministry. He is also graced with an unusual prayer anointing as he ushers in the presence of the Lord and encourages the people of God. This Man of God is all about his Father's business of winning souls for Christ. Elder is a blessing to all who make his acquaintance because of the fire of Jesus that is shut up in his bones (Jeremiah 20:9).

Prophet Freddie Ratliff |
God has truly blessed the River with another humble servant leader with an encouraging heart of a modern day Barnabus (Acts 4:36). Prophet Ratliff is a living witness of God's miraculous working power through personal testimonies of divine healing and a life committed to worship. He edifies young adults by encouraging and embracing God's truth as he denies self. The Lord has truly rested His prophetic anointing upon Prophet Freddie who serves faithfully with a determination to do the will of the Lord. Whether preaching the word, singing in praises, or exhorting God’s people, he is not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

A watchman and prayer warrior, Deacon Nivens labors for God through his humility and his heart of service. Firmly committed to God’s word and to His purity, Deacon Lawrence faithfully intercedes for others and communicates God’s prophetic warnings to His people. He also stands ready to meet the practical needs of the ministry.

The Lord has blessed Evangelist Ratliff with the gift of administration to assist in fulfilling the business and organizational aspects of ministry. By God's grace, she ensures that the directions set by the Pastor are implemented and communicated effectively with the members. In addition to administration, she serves on the Water Washed Warriors prayer ministry and faithfully takes her place as an intercessor standing in the gap for others (Lamentations 2:18).

As the lay leader of Water Washed Warriors, Rivers of Living Water’s intercessory prayer ministry, Sister Ryta guides a group of faithful intercessors who are committed to a lifestyle of consecration and prayer. As scripture commands in
1 Thessalonians 5:17, the Water Washed Warriors petition the Lord for the needs of others, while praying for the church, for Israel, and for the world at-large. Additionally, as a psalmist with Rivers of Worship, Sister Ryta ushers the people of God into His holy presence, and she also ministers before the Lord through dance (Psalm 149:3) as a member of the prophetic dance ministry, Water Falls.
